hi, I'M belindA coleman

My mission is to create a shift in the way women think, feel, act and respond to life.

As a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic) Practitioner, motivational coach, speaker and author, I am dedicated to helping women redefine the way they perceive themselves – guiding them back to their true nature, with self-love and self-worth as their foundation. I believe that when a woman says yes to herself, every aspect of her life transforms. I always knew my voice had a purpose – I just didn’t know how and when it would take shape. But life has a way of guiding us exactly where we’re meant to be. The truth is your voice matters too. That’s why I’m here - to help you recognise that, to help you stand tall and ensure your voice is heard above the noise.

WHAT DRIVES ME...

More than an ex-WAG

I don't particularly aspire to this label, but it’s one that is widely recognised, rightly or wrongly. For nearly two decades, my life revolved around the world of football, where I witnessed first-hand the silent struggles, immense pressures and unspoken expectations placed on women behind the scenes. To be clear, I don’t use this term to disrespectful. Instead I use it to highlight the unique challenges and experiences these women often face. I have always felt a deep calling to support and empower the partners of professional athletes - not just as a coach but as a mentor who truly understands what it’s like to walk in their shoes and experience life in the spotlight.

The need for guidance, community and a safe space in this environment is undeniable, and that has never changed for me. I'm deeply committed to shining a light on the real, often unseen experiences of the women who stand beside their sporting partners, helping them navigate the unique complexities of their roles, reclaim their power and reconnect with who they are beyond the title of "WAG."

Over time, I've come to realise - the need for this work is far greater than I ever imagined.

My aim is to help reinvent what WAG stands for - transforming it into something that truly reflects the remarkable strength and spirit of the women behind it.

The new WAG isn't just a label - it's a movement:

Women Achieving Greatness.

When I reconnected with my friends from the era when I, too, was considered a ‘WAG’ – now all ex-WAGs – something changed.

As I listened to their stories, I recognised them as my own. And in that moment, I understood that this wasn’t just our story, it was the story of women everywhere. The truth is, no matter who we are or where we come from, most of us know what it feels like to question our worth, to lose ourselves in someone else’s world, to feel unseen and often unheard. And when life feels like an uphill battle, that sense of emptiness can touch anyone.

And that’s when I knew – my work wasn’t just about one group of women. It was about all of us. We are more alike than we realise. The details of our lives may differ, but the emotions, the struggles, and the desire for more – for recognition, for confidence, for freedom – are universal.

Deep down, we are so much more than the labels we wear or the roles we play. My mission is to help every woman see that for herself.  We’ve all faced challenges, both internal and external - feeling lost, lonely, unappreciated, misjudged or stuck. I know this hardship all too well, because I was that woman.

During my marriage, I felt the relentless pressure to be everything to everyone, constantly seeking approval while silently battling my own insecurities.

After my divorce I searched for answers in all the wrong places - turning to relationships, socialising, and pretending that everything was okay, by putting on a facade of strength and capability. But beneath it all, I was struggling emotionally. I was trying to fill the void with temporary fixes, only to realise that nothing was ever going to change until I did.

The real answer lies within - it's the only place that holds what you’re searching for!

To break free from the chaos that once confined me, I turned to the very methods and tools I now teach - the ones that transformed my life. And I’m not just talking about quick fixes, I mean sustainable, life changing results.

I am no different from anyone else. If I can do this, then any woman willing to embrace her true self can do it too.

We all have the ability to change our path. And we are each responsible for our outcomes.

When a woman commits fully and does the inner work, she can achieve anything she sets her mind to. But so many women silently carry the weight of self-doubt, perfectionism, and the pressure to 'have it all together.' We become experts at appearing strong while quietly falling apart inside. And I came face-to-face with this truth 15 years ago

I was once that woman, the one who doubted her worth, hid behind a smile, and felt lost beneath the weight of expectations, even though my life seemed perfect from the outside. Married to a high-profile footballer turned manager and mum to four amazing children.

I lived a life of luxury, enjoying the privileges that came with that lifestyle. But beyond the glamorous exterior, my reality was far from perfect.

After 19 years of marriage and facing some of the toughest challenges of my life, including the heartbreaking loss of my beloved mum to cancer, I made the decision to walk away. And in doing so, my world as I knew it crumbled around me.

Hitting rock bottom, facing hardship in every area of my life, wasn’t the end - it was the beginning of something greater. My life falling apart became the catalyst for transformation - a journey that forced me to confront my deepest fears, rebuild my sense of self, and redefine what true happiness and success meant to me.

I committed to pushing past my limits – learning new skills, earning multiple qualifications in personal development, and deepening my understanding of what creates lasting change. Deep in my heart, I knew I was being called to do something far bigger than myself.

Helping others became my passion, my purpose, and ultimately what led me here.

Everything I learned through that process I now share with other women. Because transformation isn’t just possible – it’s inevitable when you stand in your truth, love yourself unconditionally, and own your worth.

You can read more about my story, my journey, and the tools and methods that changed my life, in my new

book, to be released in June 2025.
